These moves are all you need to sculpt strong sexy arms and banish those bingo wings
It’s party season, and that means showing off your body of work in the hottest frock you can find. But if you’re reluctant to let your arms out of hiding, don’t worry – we’ve got the moves you need to banish cover-ups to the back of the closet. Whether you’re opting for a body con, maxi or cutout dress, this circuit will work your entire upper body to sculpt those arms into lean, mean, mulled-wine-holding machines!
How to do it
Perform a full set of the exercise, then take 20-30 seconds rest and move on to the next exercise. Repeat for the prescribed number of sets.
Beginner: 2 x 8 reps each move
Intermediate: 3 x 10 reps each move
Advanced: 4 x 10 reps each move
